Privacy Policy
Fit League utilizes 3 technical components to organise and run Fit League:
The Fit League database: A secure, password protected database developed on the Google platform.
The Fit League app: A publically available app developed on Google's AppSheet app development platform.
The Fit League payment system: A secure, password protected website developed on the WebCollect platform.
Fit League policy regarding personal data is that:
Required and Optional data are held on a secure, password protected platform and are accessible via the Fit League app.
Optional data are controlled via the Fit League app, by the player.
Functionality of the Fit League app is independent of Optional data.
The Fit League app will use the following data on your phone/tablet/PC:
Required Data: Name, gender, email address, DOB, squad name, squad captain name, coach name, venue name, Fit League results and appearances, WebCollect subscription status.
Optional Data: Preferred Name.
The Fit League app should be used to amend data in the Fit League database, as follows:
Athletes are able to modify email address and preferred name in the Profile section when the app is set to Athlete mode.
Coaches are able to register athletes by entering all athlete details in the Profiles section when the app is set to Coach mode
Coaches are able to update all athlete details in the Profiles section.
Athletes, Coaches and Witnesses are able to input athlete scores in the Input section.
Coaches are able to amend and verify athlete scores in the Input section.
Fit League Administrators are able to register and update all athlete, coach and venue information.
The WebCollect system should be used to amend data in the Fit League Payment System, as follows:
Athlete and coach name, telephone and email details.
Emergency contact name and telephone details.
Athlete and coach exercise readiness questionnaire (ERQ).
Athlete and coach subscription to Fit League
Sharing Your Data:
To allow Fit League events to be organised and run safely, athlete contact details and emergency contact details, stored in WebCollect, will be shared with coaches, either in email or hardcopy form. In a medical emergency, your emergency contact information may be shared with appropriate professionals.
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, other than as noted above, without your prior notification and consent.
